Brief Biography of Hiroki Oda (1914–2012)
・1914: Born in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
・1939: Graduated from the Tokyo School of Fine Arts (now Tokyo University of the Arts), majoring in Western-style painting.
・1950: Co-founded the New Creation Society (Shinseisaku Kyōkai), contributing to the postwar art movement in Japan.
・1958: Received the New Artist Award at the 1st Contemporary Art Exhibition of Japan.
・1962: Awarded the Minister of Education's Art Encouragement Prize for his significant contributions to the arts.
・2012: Passed away at the age of 98, leaving behind a legacy of vibrant and poetic works.​
